Storm Warning
Ingredients:
- 3oz ginger beer
- .5oz fresh lime juice
- The Oil
- 3oz black iced tea
- Lime wedge to garnish
Instructions:
- Add ice to a highball glass. Pour in ginger beer, lime juice, and The Oil. Stir gently.
- Pour black iced tea over the back of a spoon to layer over the drink.
- Garnish with lime wedge and enjoy!
Sunshower Spritz
Ingredients:
- 2oz fresh lemon juice
- 1oz simple syrup
- The Oil
- Tonic water, chilled
- Mint and lemon wheel, to garnish
Instructions:
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and The Oil to a goblet glass. Stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with tonic water. Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with mint and a lemon wheel, and enjoy!
Watermelon Weather
Ingredients:
- 3 cups fresh seedless watermelon cubes
- 1oz fresh lime juice, or more to taste
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- The Oil
- Seltzer
- Mint and lime wheels, to garnish
Instructions:
- Place the watermelon cubes into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.
- Stir in fresh lime juice, agave syrup, and The Oil.
- Fill two tall, fun glasses (or one big one, of course) with ice cubes. Split the watermelon-lime-The Oil mixture evenly.
- Top off each glass with seltzer and stir gently.
- Garnish with mint and a lime wheel, and enjoy!
