These feel-good mocktails are here to help you slow down and take the edge off this fall. Crafted with fresh ingredients and a few drops of The Oil, each recipe is designed to elevate your wind-down routine, no bartender required!

Harvest Sangria
Ingredients:
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 black tea bags
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 medium orange, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 medium lime, sliced into thin rounds
- 1 medium apple, cored and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
- 3 cups cold sparkling water
- The Oil, to your taste
Instructions:
- Brew tea bags and cinnamon sticks for 5 minutes in boiling water, then discard tea bags. Stir in sugar to dissolve.
- In a large jar or pitcher, combine tea, cinnamon sticks, pomegranata juice, orange juice, citrus slices and apple chunks, and The Oil. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and preferably overnight.
- Just before serving, stir in sparkling water. Serve in glasses over ice and enjoy!

Warm Ginger Cider
Ingredients:
- 6 cups apple cider
- 4 unsweetened ginger tea bags
- The Oil, to your taste
Instructions:

Bring cider to a bare simmer and remove from heat. Add the tea bags and cover to steep for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze the tea bags into the cider and discard. Add The Oil and stir gently to combine.
- Serve in mugs and enjoy!

Red Leaf Spritzer
Ingredients:
- 2 oz ginger beer, chilled
- 2 oz apple cider, chilled
- 2 oz cranberry juice, chilled
- Cinnamon stick

Instructions:
- Mix apple cider and cranberry juice in a glass over ice, then add ginger beer to keep the fizz lively.
