Love these gummies! I use the ones for anxiety and sleeping. So far I take only one at a time. May need to cute the gummies for anxiety in half and try 2 ea at night for sleeping as 1 ea only lasts 4 hours.
The relaxing gummie gets a 5 star rating! Just one gummie calms me down nearly to the point of sleeping; may have to cut them in half for daytime use! The sleep gummies work but only last 4 hours with one gummie. I'll try two of them tonight.

These gummies do the trick when I need something to take the edge off a hard day. I love that these are a better alternative to alcohol.
I had already tried the Relax Gummies which I really liked. I recently quit all alcohol and a friend suggested feals. I had been struggling with getting to sleep and was so frustrated. First night was amazing and have been taking them ever since.
