I've mostly used the gummies in the evening to help me sleep. Haven't tried them for *recreation* yet. I'm not sure I can tell any difference between the regular orange ones and the berry sleep ones. Flavors are good, not grassy.

At a time when there are truly delicious adult gummies on the market, these gumdrops have no business tasting so ssa. I had high hopes and kept increasing my dose, but I still got no sleep. I couldn’t bring myself to stomach four at a time so I gave up. They taste so bad due to the sweetener, I couldn’t even give them away 😭

I started off as recommended, taking one and waiting 30 minutes and taking another, repeating as necessary. With this method, it took about 4 to get the desired results, so I figured I would just take three at once the next time. It took about an hour and a half to kick in but was too much…took another hour to start to taper off. Two at a time seems to work well for me to get the general relaxation of drinking but it does take much longer to kick in for me.
