FINALLY!!!!

I'm so happy I saw the ad for these. I have the worst insomnia and by 3am I have to force myself to lay down and try to sleep. The 1st night I tried them, I popped 1 set the timer to see how long it would take to work... no joke I was falling asleep 31min after taking it. I knownthey advertise be asleep in 20min, but for me 31 min is amazing. I have haf severe anxiety and insomnia since my parents passed, so it may work faster for others. I slept the entire night no tossing and turning like I usually do, and I woke up feeling so refreshed and absolutely ZERO groggy feeling. I'm was so excited when I woke up I ordered 2 more bags.
